Our Commitment

At Dépôt Vente Luxe, every item is rigorously checked. We provide a nominative invoice for each purchase, and for eligible brands, we authenticate items via Entrupy (AI authentication technology).

How We Authenticate

  • Internal expert checks: materials, stitching, hallmarks, numbers/serial codes, hardware, proportions.

  • Entrupy (eligible brands): multi-point image analysis via a connected microscope and AI, followed by the issuance of an authenticity certificate specific to the item.

Important: We are not affiliated with the luxury houses mentioned. Brands remain the property of their owners.

Entrupy Certificate

  • Each item authenticated via Entrupy has a unique digital certificate, hosted by Entrupy and verifiable online (link/QR code on the product page).

  • This certificate is accompanied by an Entrupy financial guarantee (according to their policy), adding an additional layer of protection for the buyer.

  • Entrupy indicates an accuracy rate of ≈99.86% for its authentication service.

Invoice & Documents Provided

  • Systematic nominative invoice (order reference, brand/model, condition, VAT-inclusive price, legal notices).

  • Detailed photos of products; original accessories specified when included.

Product Condition (Grading)

  • A+: like new

  • A: excellent condition

  • B: very good condition (slight marks)

  • C: good condition (visible wear, described and photographed)

Verify a Certificate

On each item authenticated via Entrupy, a "Verify Certificate" link allows you to confirm authenticity directly with Entrupy (individual link/QR).
